In order to strengthen the management of safety, environment, quality and schedule at the projects, the Board of Directors together with the relevant Departments organize periodic site patrols (Monthly) at the on-going projects, typically the inspection of Ojitex Factory project and Ton Phuc Nhien Food processing and packing Factory – Phase 1 Project in January 2022. 

The purpose of these periodic site patrols is to check and point out the limitations, omissions, notes on the construction work and the schedule, quality control of the construction period of the project as well as the safety management work (electrical safety, safety when working at height, safety when carrying out brick and plastering work...) and propose timely remedial methods. 

Basing on these periodic project site patrols, the management of safety, environment, quality and schedule at the projects is improved better and better and meets the requirements of the Clients. This is also a commitment of the Company to the Clients about the best assurance of quality as well as safety for all projects directly constructed by Khang Hy.
